Shortly is a handy URL shortener with support to native shorteners. With simply one click, Shortly will bring you the short link of your current browsing webpage, giving you youtu.be for YouTube videos, flic.kr for Flickr photos, wp.me for WordPress.com blogs and other short links of your choice.

You can enable Toolbar Mode in the extension preferences to get your results displayed in a toolbar. By default, Shortly will display in an alert box.
Shortly supports English, Chinese, Japanese, French and Italiano to make its interface more easy to use.
You can choose your preferred service for shortening, and decide whether to use toolbar mode in the extension preferences. Just reach the preferrences via "Safari > Preferences…" and go to the "Extension" tab.
Choose the shorten service you want from goo.gl, bit.ly and tinyurl at the drop menu.
Check the Toolbar mode checkbox to receive your shortlink in a toolbar displayed on the top.
Enter your bit.ly account info to save history in your account or use your own custom domain for shortlinks with your bit.ly pro account.
Your API key can be found in your bit.ly settings page.
No it can't. Due to security reasons, Safari only give access to the clipboard when you are really cutting, copying or pasting. Shortly cannot modify the clipboard for you.
